Cemetery Applies for Green Flag Award

Exciting news! We have applied for Green Flag status 2026 for Stotfold Cemetery.

The Green Flag Award scheme recognises and rewards well managed parks and green spaces, setting the benchmark standard for the management of recreational outdoor spaces across the United Kingdom and around the world.

We are rightly proud of the Cemetery, and our maintenance contractors and Town Rangers work hard all year to make sure the grounds look at their best for visitors.

Our local Volunteer Friends Group are committed to helping to look after older graves, meeting regularly for a morning of tidying up overgrown memorials, new members are always welcome so please come along and say hello
